George “Jay” Hoffman III

George (Jay) Hoffman has extensive experience representing personal injury victims and the criminally accused all over Indiana and throughout the United States.

While Jay practices general litigation, he focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice and criminal defense trial work. In 2002, Jay was the youngest lawyer in Indiana to be named in The Best Lawyers in America and has been recognized in the publication every year since that date.

Brian T. Newcomb

Brian Newcomb was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1997 after three years of study at Indiana University – Indianapolis.

Since then, Brian has devoted his practice to courtroom advocacy on behalf of injured people and the criminally accused. He is based in Franklin, Indiana but has handled cases throughout the state and in other jurisdictions.
